Changes

Modifies sync method to have the ownership of changing modes
Creates the bootstrapSync method whenever our bestBlockNumber is far from the syncTarget by more than 128 blocks
Creates the worker_pool, which is a structure that manages peers available to retrieve blocks
- Any peer that announces a block becomes part of the pool
- Peers that are connected to the node are also part of the pool
The worker_pool maintains a queue where tasks can be pushed to. Every time the pool listens to a task it selects the very first available peer to execute the request
- If there is no available peer then the pool waits for one to become available. A peer becomes available every time if finishes a request.
- bounded task is a kind of task where it is possible to send a request to a specific peer, if the peer is not available then the pool chooses the next available peer to assign the task.
The chainsync contains a method called handleWorkersResults which listens for task results. It is aimed to be used as a goroutine, it receives as arguments: channel of results, start block, and expected total blocks and this method only returns once the blocks received through the channel of results complete the chain of blocks to sync and match the expected total blocks, after the chain of blocks to sync is complete then it will process and import those blocks
